Includes 1 prenatal visit and 24 hours of care that can be scheduled as each family feels necessary within the first 2 weeks postpartum, to be determined during the prenatal visit. Availability by text, email or phone consultation.

A La Carte Care

Minimum of 4 hours required. Add additional hours to any package, or just purchase a week at a time.

One Week of Kindling Joy

Includes 1 prenatal visit and 12 hours of care during the first week postpartum. Availability by text, email or phone consultation. May be added to any package.

Each Package May Include:

Each package will be tailored to your needs as the new mom. I am there to make your life more peaceful in these early weeks after you bring home baby. Therefore, it won't be the same from mom to mom or even visit to visit, but here are some of the things that I am able to help you with:
Evidence-based information on newborn feeding, emotional & physical recovery from childbirth & other issues related to the postpartum period.
Assist with Newborn Care
Assist with Sibling Care & Adjustment
Meal Preparation
Household organization & light housekeeping.
Refer when needed.

I provide non-medical support & companionship so that you can rest and be at peace in your early days and weeks.

Each package above is flexible. If you decide to purchase 48 hours and you want near full-time help in the first week and taper to every other day the 2nd week, we can arrange that. How you use your purchased hours can be discussed at the prenatal visit and tailored to your needs. A schedule will be tentatively set prior to the baby's birth.
